Saturday 7th (9am-4.30pm) & Sunday 8th October (9am-3.30pm)

Leura's most popular annual event, the Leura Village Fair is a colourful street market set among the blossoming cherry trees on Leura Mall and extending into Megalong Street Carpark. It's held over the weekend following the October Labour Day holiday and coincides with the last two days of the annual Leura Gardens Festival.

Over 130 stalls line the mall and carpark, selling everything from handicrafts, vintage wares, fashion, jewellery, homemade cosmetics and soaps to candles, woodwork, garden sculptures, night lights, fresh produce and more.

Artists are invited to showcase their talents and local musicians add to the festival atmosphere. Street performers also mingle through the crowds, providing great entertainment, and there is always a great selection of food stalls to suits all tastes.

There is literally something for everyone at the Leura Village Fair!

TRANSPORT: We highly recommend that visitors to the fair arrive by train, as parking is very limited and parking officers regularly monitor the village. The trip takes two hours from Central Railway Station. Once you exit from Leura Railway Station you will be at the top of Leura Mall, which is where the fair begins.

STALLHOLDERS: Please note that applications for the 2017 Fair will open in May.

Leura Gardens Festival
Saturday 30th September – Sunday 8th October

Think Spring... Think Leura!

This year's Leura Gardens Festival will highlight 13 magical Upper Blue Mountains gardens – three more gardens than last year but still at the same price of $25 per person for an all-garden ticket or $5 per individual garden. This makes the festival even more of a must-visit event for garden lovers from all over Australia.

The Festival will take place over nine days – from Saturday 30th September to Sunday 8th October – with all gardens open daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Groups of 10+ people are invited to take advantage of special pre-festival tours during the five days leading up to the main festival and enjoy a private, escorted tour of four very special gardens, some of which will not be open during the main festival.

Other main Festival attractions will include the plant sales centre and daily 'Music in the Gardens' performances.
